For prototype manufacturing, rapid manufacturing processes such as stereolithography can produce a model of your special enclosure, accurate in every detail, within 4 to 10 working days.
In stereolithography, prototypes are manufactured using the layer-by-layer hardening of a liquid resin. Working with component cuts previously generated from a 3D model, a laser projects each cut onto the surface of a resin bath so that the relevant contour is hardened. Stereolithography makes it possible to manufacture, from 3D volume models, extremely precise prototypes with perfect details and very good surfaces. However, the individual parts which are manufactured require post-processing work by grinding-off the support contours and sprues.
