Enclosure concept

Highlights

The three-part enclosure structure consists of a base, function lid and design cover, which can be combined as required

A diecast aluminium lid is also available for applications which require extra mechanical stability – the lid screws are concealed under covers.

A metal base and a plastic top part form the perfect combination for wireless applications requiring cooling

The point-symmetrical design of the cooling fins enables optimum airflow in the horizontal and vertical mounting positions

The enclosure parts can be combined in different colours. The transparent and translucent function lids can also be used to create lighting design accents

The frame-shaped design cover is perfect for integrating keyboards and displays, while the closed variant allows for a clean look or customised designs

The combination of high IP protection and material properties enables use in outdoor applications

The base has a moulded-on insertion opening for a pressure compensation membrane which can be factory-activated.

While the mounting brackets are moulded directly onto the aluminium base, they can be retrofitted separately to the plastic base

A pole attachment is available as an optional accessory

The transparent functional cover provides a view of the inside of the housing or built-in displays.

Colour accents can be created by combining housing parts in different colours - also customised on request

The closed design cover can be customised to change its appearance almost indefinitely
