Our returns process (complaints): The RMA numbers system
Of course, we always do our best to supply you with high-quality, perfect products. However, if there are occasional problems which result in a complaint, we ask you to inform your responsible contact person in the in-house sales department before returning the goods.
Since January 1, 2013, we have been using the so-called "return material authorisation numbers system", in which every return consignment is given an individual number. Your contact person will send you an RMA number, which must be displayed – clearly visible – on the packaging of the return consignment so that our employees can unambiguously assign the goods to the correct process. This is how we ensure that process times at BOPLA are considerably shortened, so that we can send you a faster response to your complaint. Thank you for your cooperation!
