Special enclosures made by BOPLA
Because of its longtime experience and huge expertise, BOPLA offers the possibility to design customer specific enclosures! The possibilities are boundless – we already realised many solutions in the past!
The main points to consider when planing special enclosures are the following:
- Estimation of approximate costs and clarification of the idea realisation between the customer and BOPLA.
- Accurate definition of the customer requirements, which result from the planed appliance (enclosure form, later place of installation, used material, special installed equipment, requirements like the degree of protection or the resistance against EMC and chemicals).
- Preparation of a specification sheet.
- Expertise and assessment of the first outcomes of the in-house prototyping machinery, which makes it possible to get first samples within a few hours.
- Assembly tests with electronic modules and other devices inside the prototypes; every department which has to do with the manufacturing or the sales of the product (product management, sales department, etc) can give advices and comments concerning the ideal product design already at this point. This involves the costs for complex product changes or adaptations can be saved.
- Release of the prototypes through the customer.
- Toolmaking.
- Assembly of the customer specific enclosures in company-owned production plants – assured order processing chains and qualified employees guarantee the production of high quality aluminium and plastic enclosures and components.
- Additional processings (mechanical processings, finishings, printings, EMC-activities) can be made in the factory in Bünde.
- Further services (cable processing, electronic testings) and / or the construction of customer specific membrane keypads for the product can be taken over by BOPLA.
