BOPLA has been certified to ISO 9001 since 1993

In 2001 and 2002, BOPLA's QM manual, process descriptions and the work and test instructions were re-drafted in accordance with the new DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. In June 2002 they were successfully audited by the TÜV. BOPLA was granted certification according to DIN EN 9001:2008 in July 2010.

All the Phoenix-Mecano manufacturing sites from which we obtain our products are also certified in accordance with the quality management guidelines of ISO 9001:2008. They also operate according to the guidelines of ISO 14001:2004, which guarantees an ongoing environmental management system. In addition, in some parts of the group we operate in accordance with the guidelines of ISO/TW 16949, which unifies general requirements made of quality management systems in the – primarily North American and European – automobile industry.

The strategic goal for building our quality management system has been to optimize customer service and customer relations, as well as the improvement of our company's performance as a whole.
This is exactly where the basic structure of a quality management system like the internationally recognized ISO 9000: 2000 series starts working as an effective tool in the hands of dynamic corporate leadership.

Considerable effort went into the implementation of the quality management system. More standardized processes and procedures make operations more efficient as employees are more responsive to your needs and requirements, resulting in a higher level of customer satisfaction.

For the first time, measuring the degree of customer satisfaction is dealt with in this standard. Your opinion is important to us!

To recognize and respond to customer requirements is a top priority for a certified company. "A certified quality management system is not a one-time certification process. We have made a commitment to continually improve and optimize our processes and efforts".
